Research & Development
Our R&D department has recruited well-trained engineers in the fields of hardware, firmware, electronics and mechanical technology. With previous experiences in designing notebook and desktop computes, we have total capability in designing systems at the highest standards. As the expert in the field of mini-desktop computers, Saint Song possesses key technologies of system miniaturization than its rivals. Quality AssuranceSaint Song believes quality is the priority to achieve total customer satisfaction. It emphasizes the rigorous implementation of ISO procedures. With carefully planned quality assurance procedures and clearly set quality standards, our testing facilities are able to minimize failure rate for our customers. Manufacturing Capabilities
Our current manufacturing facilities are located in Taipei, Keelung, and
Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Capacity includes a pilot-run facility located
with headquarter in Taipei and volume contracted EMS partners in Kaohsiung
and Keelung for flexible production line maneuver. Materials Management
Strong alliance with component vendors is
our competitive strength. Through vertical integration, we are able
to have full control of details include mechanical design, hardware, firmware,
custom mold design and tooling, painting, printing, product assembly,
testing and quality control. Service
Achieving customer satisfaction is our ultimate
responsibility. We have implemented 24 hours email technical support
for resolving any technical difficulties. In addition, our service
agreement guarantees customers fast and reliable repairs for defective
products.
